The following terms will apply:
- Referral fees are subject to the referred individual never having previously been contacted by or already being known to Kingsley Associates.
- You will receive the fee on completion of the candidate’s trial period which will be confirmed once he/she has been placed (trial periods typically range between 12-24 weeks from the employment start date).
- The fee will be paid in UK Sterling.
- Any fee you receive should be declared in accordance with Income Tax regulations prevalent in your country. Acceptance of a referral fee confirms that you have accepted the responsibility for adhering to the revalent Income Tax Regulations.
- All fees are solely at the discretion of Kingsley Associates.
- Kingsley Associates candidate referral network is operated solely at the discretion of Kingsley Associates and may be withdrawn at any time.
- By submitting a referral form you are deemed as having accepted these terms.
- In case of dispute with regards to the referral fees you accept that Kingsley Associates decision will be final.
Please be aware that not every referral will result in a placement. No fee is payable unless we successfully place a candidate you have referred.
