Many of our candidates and clients have recommended our services to the wider marketplace, to which we are extremely grateful. As a token of our gratitude, we have a Referral Reward Scheme where, for every candidate you refer, you will have the opportunity to earn a Referral Reward with a maximum value £250* if we are able to successfully place the Referred Candidate in employment, with one of our clients.
This is how it works:
- You provide us with the name and contact information of the person you wish to refer, by email.
- You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your referral. One of our consultants will then contact you soon thereafter.
- We will make contact with your referred candidate to discuss possible job opportunities. Please be assured that your details are kept completely confidential and the referred candidate will not know their information came from yourself, unless you choose to inform them.
- On placing the referred candidate, we will inform you of their start date, and the date you will receive your referral reward.
- We have a range of rewards to choose from, for example, high street store vouchers, a hotel break or even a charitable donation?
Joining our Referral Network means you may also receive job opportunities by email, for the purpose of providing referrals.
* This is a maximum amount for each referral (exact amount being at the discretion of Kingsley Associates) based on the nature and remuneration of the candidate being placed.
